A service bonus shall be paid annually in the employee's birthday month, based on the employee's salary for that month as determined by Council from time to time. The bonus will be pro-rated in the first year of service.

Employees whose service terminates for any reason will receive a pro-rata service bonus upon leaving the service of the University.
